RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.

So I haven't paid enough attention to my food and have (already) started slacking on my working out. Not good. I am gonna aim for 2000 calories a day and burning 500 5x a week. I wonder if I should do weights too? I'm alerady a strong girl, and want to keep it that way...

I worked out for the first time in entirely too long last night. I only did 15 minutes walking before my back started to hurt, but then I hopped off the treadmill and did 15 minutes of strength stuff. Yeah for me!
